Reflection

Watching: Big Brother

So I redid my blog. Still no header. I wish I could use photoshop :(

Had my french exam today. Oh mannn, compared to all the past papers i've ever done (in whicih I've got A's and A*'s), this one was really hard. I don't think I've done fantastically, but then again I don't think i've done that bad. I'll just have to hope that the Listening and other components bring up my mark a bit. I then went to the hairdressers and got my hair dyed PURPLEEEE but didn't end up going to Batley Parish. I couldn't be bothered and just went straight home on the bus. Got stared at by old people, yada yada. The usual crap.

Today I wrote my part for the Germany_Today article thing. I'm now waiting on Amiee to write her part, which needs doing preferably tonight... It was so fun writing it, if i'm honest. It was different to normal writing that I do (ha ha... *cough*), more journalistic type, but I enjoyed a change. Maybe that's gonna become a new hobby... not that I could just journalist write everything. Confusing, but I know what I mean. Speaking of usual writing, I have one to do in a few days for something special. *secret grin* no more said at the moment.

Not a lot else to say. I'm watching Big Brother right now, and even though It's only been on about a week or so, I'm addicted to it already. I'm not usually a big fan of reality TV, i think it's brainwashing and silly, but I like BB. Rodrigo has to be the cutest person that has ever been on the show. I just wanna cuddle him and make him talk constantly in his beyond amazing accent and broken english because I have a fetish for it. XD I already have the inkling that he may win, or be in the final, depending on who else comes into the house because people surely will. I can sleep in in the morning, History is in the afternoon, so I can stay up and watch it :)

My hair doesn't look purple in this picture. But it is. The lighting in my room is just shockingly bad. :)

Nom nom

Listening to: Disco Ensemble - Bad Luck Charm
MY ORAL EXAMS ARE OVER!!!!!!!
The world is off my shoulders, I can breaaaathe.
And become unhealthy, because my mum bought me a cake for getting through them ^_^ Lemon Drizzle; my faavourite. Love to the Mother :)
I don't think I did my best, because she said "It's definately a higher grade" as opposed to what she said last time "It's most likely an A". Damnit.
I want my A* overall, and if I get a B in my oral that's gonna be maaajor hard. I only want an A* in French. Come on, life, stop being a bitch and be nice for one subject, please.
A C would be nice in German, maybe a B if I push alllll my luck, and a B in history seeing as my coursework will bring me up a grade. :)
I took great pleasure in ripping all of the post-its on my wall down earler, too. Had to be careful not to rip the posters, though. And on Monday night I can take down my RE Keywords, which I still need to learn, and then everything bad is off my walls.
FRIDAY is my last day of year eleven. Then it's off to College, babyyyy!
Bring it.

Deux chansons

Listening to: Kelly Clarkson - Long Shot
I have this song by Katy Perry, also, heh. Her version is better, I think, her voice is more suited to it. Although they're both good.
I downloaded (shh) Kelly Clarkson's new album today, and am currently in the process of listening to it. It's quite good, much better than her first album, well, most ofthe songs are better. Behind These Hazel Eyes is still my favourite from the first album. I must import that into my iTunes later on. :)
I finally wrote out all my french answers, using part of a Curly Wurly as a reward for when I finished one set. It must be said, I work a lot better with a chocolatey insentive. I surprised myself by knowing them better than I thought I did, or being able to make something up if I didn't know them, so maybe it's not out of this world to think I'll have them learnt for Wednesday.
Ben has two friends over, who keep staring at me. They're in year 10, so aged 14-15. Remember that Ben is 17, now. Although, I have to say, it's a step up from the 5-7 year olds he plays with on the estate. That is just perverted. He needs to grow up and find some friends of his own age. Seriously.
Umm, Right now I have nothing to do. I'm reading some shizz, and debating whether or not to go and get some more pizza from downstairs. ^_^
Au revoir :)

Ah, fack

Listening to: Paramore - Hello Hello
I jinxed myself. Why, oh, why.
No Lady Gaga in June.
But not all hope is lost.
She told Paul O''Grady the Fame Ball Tour will arrive in the UK. I will hopefully go to that instead.
*did not jinx that*
GUTTED.
Now onto a day of French.
Je ne veux pas :(

The worst is over

Listening to: Placebo - Black-Eyed
MY GERMAN ORAL IS FINISHED. I CAN FORGET ALL MY STUPID QUESTIONS.
I got decent ones asked; Personal Relationships and Education like I wanted. But then a couple of the Environments which weren't so hot with me. I managed. Fucked up a few word order rules out of nervousness, and reworded half my answers but its over.
I must have been shaking so bad because I now ache positively everywhere, and am so relieved I could actually cry.
I have to say, the teacher was WELL impressed with me. To quote: "It's all downhill now", because apparently her class are, well, sheisse. ;)
Now only 50 French ones to learn, but they shouldn't be too bad. I can ad-lib those if needs must.

Guh...

Listening to: Meg & Dia - Monster (again)
Jess came over yesterday, and we had a Tokio Hotel day. It was awesome. Spent the day drooling over Tom. Heh, was veeerry nice, indeed. ;)
41 hours until my German oral. The countdown is now in hours, not days. I'm scared I'm gonna freeze up and forget everything because I get major nervous. Shiiiiite, or rather, Sheeeeiisse.
I haven't even begun learning my French.
Je suis intelligente ^o)

Simple things

Listening to: Escape the Fate - Smooooooth

I LOVE THIS SONG. :]
Pop goes Punk is an amazing albummm (: rofl.

Today was pretty good. Our french teacher had no voice so we did a reading test for an hour -- which i got an A* in :]] and then we went on the mini laptops, although me, goodman & turner spent an hour listening to our ipods and emailing each other... even though they were right beside me. :)

Other than that nothing much happened.

I put on the Tokio Hotel theme to my photobucket earlier. Omnomnomnom. :]

Another (lame) edit:

I'm not aloneee!

Listening to: Tokio Hotel - Unendlichkeit

Woooo, I found someone else - from my school, who lives not far from me, in the year above - who likes TH too! Ah it's a miracle! They seem to genuinely like the music too, not just because they think a member is cute (I know I do, but that's not the only reasons ;)) and they didn't hear about them from me (somehow)! It was Guitar Hero. "Monsoon" is on World Tour. :D Ahh, I'm so happy right now, whilst songs are sending and I'm generally bubbly.

Despite the fact I have a nagging stomach ache. :( Not gooood.

I've done shit all tonight, when I should have done more work. I was like, "It's Friday, I can't be assed, I won't do anything". So I didn't. I painted my nails bright blue and sat on my backside instead. Whoops. But I found out my German reading/writing/listening exams aren't until June, when I thought they were in May, which gives me a whole extra month to learn! WOO! I'm sooo happy about that. But my oral is still on the 7th of May. And I think my french is on the 8th, or a similar date around the same time. Gee, nice, two orals in two days. I will have 120 answers swimming in my head. Rofl. Wish me luck!

I got my time for my stupid mock-interview next week, which means I gotta go shopping this weekend for "smart clothes", as all I possess are jeans and band tee-shirts. Employers won't exactly like those, will they? And I'll have to dig out all my certificates, get rid of the ones I don't need (ie most of them) and short them out into a folder.

Ahh, this will be a fun weekend.

Anyway I got bored a while back and this is what occured:

Once again...

Listening to: Elliot minor - Still figuring out

Ahh, *sigh* I just finished my CV. There's not a lot of shit on it, but I think the little shit that is on it is good. :D To say I did it in about five minutes, anyway!

Today has been another day where a whole lot of nothing happened, again. I got hit with a ball in PE, which caused a headache that has lasted all day, so that was crap. Double physics was the slowest thing that has ever happened to me -- I swear, it felt like ten hours, not two!! I hate physics, soooo much. Whoever likes it must have had a few too many balls to the head. -.-' Then French after school was alright, fixed my coursework so I guess it was worth it.

ARGHH my sister just did what she's not supposed to again. CAME IN HERE WHEN THE DOOR WAS SHUT! I need a lock. Really, really fast. Before she does it again.
... Too late. She did it again.
And to make it worse... SHE TICKLED ME!
I'm so ticklish it's unbelievable, right? and she uses it against me in the most terrible of ways. I actually hate being tickled now. It's just downright annoying. >:(

Oh, I actually finished that thing! Woooop. *is proud* Now I just have all the others to do. Ha ha, I'd better get started! ...or finished. :S Whichever.

Wish me luck getting rid of this headache I still have... 8 hours after I got it. :(

Gute Nacht.

My back now aches

Listening to: The killers - Human

I've been sat at my desk now for 5 hours? minus half an hour for bathroom trips and a dog walk about 30 minutes ago. I missed school today and probably did more work at home that I would have done there. Typical, ain't it? I ended up translating 60 German questions into English, and then answering ten. I doesn't sound like much to answer, but answering JUST them took me almost two hours!! ...I have 50 left, so that's like... another 10 hours of answering questions and flicking through dictionaries. Plus ten more french ones when we get them, although they don't take me as long because I don't have to faff about with word order much. Then I have another whole section (number 4) and three more parts of a section left of my German course to do, all before ~hopefully~ the middle of April at the latest. I want the course done by March though, then I have time to go and remember it all for May!

Shit, this is so much on my plate :(

I'm gunna drown in foreign-ness and strange words soon.
If it doesn't pay off now, in 2 years, or in chuffin' 20 years, I will not be best pleased.

They say if you work for something hard enough you'll get it.
I sure hope that's gunna work for me.

Wish me luck.

Now I need something to calm me down.
Have some pretty faces:

Music, and language confusion

Listening to: Nevada tan - Geht ab

Why is it that foreign music, in my case German, is always better than the majority of English? Even though we can't understand it? Well, some/most of it for me. I'm getting better at working it out. :) Yay. That's just my opinion, but of all the ones I've come across they're all that little bit different to our music. Meh, whatever.

Today was boring, as usual days are in school holidays. Didn't go to bed until around half two, and then got up needing a piss at about twelve. Had it not been so bright in my room, even with my BLACK curtains, I would have gone back to sleep. Watched Loose Women, which was probably the highlight of my day. I actually love that programme; daytime TV is amazing... say's a person who barely watches TV. Sceptic. After that I took it upon myself to actually do some work 'cause I've done crap all for the past week. I started working through section 3B of my German course (H) and then got bored and decided to do Test Paper 5, which I was meant to do at the end of 2E. I was amazingly happy when I could do it all, apart from about three phrases, without having to look stuff up! I AM actually learning something! Wooooop. And then I started my French questions, and got halfway through before I lost the feeling in my backside because my desk is so uncomfy to sit at. :/ It's really awkward and I have to sit on a really hard buffet.

I'm getting my languages mixed up now, too^^, not clever. In a French question I was trying to remember how to say "also", and I was like.. "no it's not auch its aussi". Just little things like that.. and I'm getting verbs mixed up, like I though machen was "to do" in French, when it's actually "to do" in German, and it's faire in French. Gah, confusing much?

But at least I'm more confident with German word order now. :D
*happy*
