Slipknot is brutal. System of a down aren't bad. Infact, I made myself a playlist of angry/cheer up songs if im feeling shitty. it helps. maybe you could try. Just a suggestion of course. & i totally know how you feel bout wanting things to go back to how they were. Though obviously, you have it alot worse than i do.
